General Configuration¶

Changing the Client Port¶

The NATS client port is preconfigured to port number 4222. To change it follow the below instructions.

Open the /opt/seal/etc/nats.conf configuration file in an editor and change the port number at the entry:
```
port: 4222
```
Restart the NATS service.
```
sudo systemctl restart seal-nats
```
